Clean, tidy and well presented store. Easy to navigate with a pushchair too. Good selection of womens, mens and children's clothing

Joules clothing is great quality. Some fantastic bargains can be found in their sales too.

Such a better location, can actually view the clothes rails and I move around the store easily (with a buggy) without bumping into or side-stepping round anyone.
Very tidy store which makes the shopping experience more pleasurable.
Wheelchair access is to the side of the building.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE

They put false delivery dates on their website and then use yodel to deliver. I ordered on Monday and the quickest delivery option was next day Tuesday using collect plus. I chose nearest to me. Saturday and it is still not here. You can only talk to online help, who every day insist it will be delivered that day. They won’t send a replacement or let you now pick up from store and cancel the lost item or have it returned to them.

Useless and unreliable. My child will now be going to a birthday party the only one without a birthday present to bring, when I ordered it in good faith and in time.

Went in yesterday (Boxing Day) and the two ladies who helped me were absolutely a credit to this shop,they were helpful and they actually had a conversation which is very difficult for some shop staff ! The shop was very clean and tidy they had what I wanted which was great .
Honestly Joules the staff in this shop are a credit to your business.
