Great prices, some good quality items. Particularly love the jeans will never buy expensive jeans again. Great for the kids as well.

Was warm... However was flabbergasted that two lads walked out with clothes un paid for literally picked up and went. By the time we found staff they were long gone.?

Now I shop in primark weekly and the staff are lush but the last 2 times I have been in there there is a manager of sorts with very skinny jeans on showing off in front of the staff i heard him take the Mickey out of a customer and a staff member today this is not acceptable or nice at all if I see this again I will speak to him you could see the staff were embarrassed by him x sad really

Managed to buy quite a few things here. Pretty happy to find the sizes I needed. Tidy store with nice staff.

Pleasantly quiet when I visited. Store was tidy and shelves full. Everything I wanted was in stock with a very short wait in the queue. Older lady who served me wasn’t overly friendly but she served we sufficiently.

My experience was horrible, most of the clothes were on floor, not organised,and I have noticed that the staff infront of the fitting room was a bit harsh because of my skin colour as I noticed ahe was so friendly with the native people and even wished them , we are in 21st century, grow up people!!!

Constantly feel on edge at Primark Taunton, the security team make you feel really unwelcome, can barely walk around the store without getting stared down. I used to work in profit protection so I understand the need to protect your store but surely customer service plays a part? I dread needing anything from Primark, usually it's a quick in and out for me sadly, don't feel like I can browse because of the knifes edge atmosphere

Just to say there was an extremely long queue at the till, my wife was through in less than ten minutes, staff efficient and helpful,well done Taunton Primark
