Love this store. Perfect for gifts, and accessories.

The clothes are nice but quite pricey - FYI they are usually quite generous with sizing.

Friendly and polite staff, lovely items kept in stock. A GREAT place to buy presents. All good quality so far. Is quite expensive, but when it's for someone else, it is less painful. And as always, you get what you pay for.

Why is everything here in pastels? It's like stepping into a world that's chalkier, and beautiful. Sells things that I don't like but know that everyone else will.

Wonderful experience here, I came in looking for a birthday present and the lady that helped me was fantastic, I felt really looked after she went above and beyond and she even wrapped it for me! I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone five stars isn’t enough

Very disappointed to be charged for an item twice and being told to come back to the store for a refund even though you have my payments details and can clearly see on your camera I am telling the truth. The problem being I am not from Oxford so thanks for the til assistant for not paying attention, I guess I’ll have to wave the refund goodbye.

Over priced and over rated I am afraid as all the shops in the Westgate centre but it doesn't seem to put people off eager to spend all their money

If I could give it 0 I WOULD roaches chased me out the door they had a real bug issue at that time I hope they got it I don’t think they did
