Staff upstairs in the Mens department were really friendly and chatty. They clearly enjoy their job and made us feel welcome browsing and sorting ourselves out. Went in for a pair of jeans and left with an armful of clothing.

Very unfriendly staff. I was returning some items I'd ordered on line and was made to feel very uncomfortable with terse questioning on why I was returning each item. The staff member huffed and puffed as she didn't want to be bothered with doing the refunds. I found all the staff in the store to be unhelpful. A terrible experience.
