Matalan

Miserable and rude staff at the Cowley store and on my last visit they refused to serve me without taking my name and address. If I need to have a Matalan card or something then fine, explain that - not keep repeating that you need my name and address without reason. So rude to the point I had give up and walk out. Used to buy work shirts which were dead cheap but never seemed to last very long. Will never go back.

Stuff has improved recently. Better quality. I loved the longer dresses and cardigans. Looking forward to winter. See what they have !
Customer service is ok. Most are friendly. One older lady in particular was once a mean witch. But I think she's left now. So all is back to normal!

Good selection, quiet as it was mid afternoon and, as always, amazing value. The only negatives were it was almost impossible to find bras in my size (36D), and the man on the till was slower than a snail

Obviously its placement doesn't make it the easiest to get to. And the parking lot is free for 3 hours which Is a good thing. So much shopping and variety in a small area make it worth the wait.

Very helpful staff, after calling the call centre I was directed to store. I called to find out the avaiabilry of a suit, both items were in stock, both reserved and I collected them an hr later. Very happy customer!

Thank you to the staff especially who helped us look for our daughter as we couldn't find her after shopping in ADSA living in Cowley yesterday. The Matalan staff, the ASDA Living staff, the Sainsbury's staff, and some strangers all tried their best to help us look for our daughter. Matalan Cowley is a nice shop and the staff there are very kind.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, QUEUED FOR 40 MINUTES TO BE SERVERED, BEARING IN MIND ONLY 3 CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME. 2 STAFF MEMBERS WALKING ROUND WITH SCANNERS SCANNING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, DID NOT CARE ABOUT SERVING US. LOOKED BEHIND ME AND THE QUEUE WENT ROUND THE STORE. WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN

I was really unimpressed with how poorly the clothes were made... Good fabric but looked like very poor tailoring. I'd rather not have a shirt that my midriff is swimming in.
