Bershka

I have been in Oxford street and I visited the shop . It was well stocked . There was plenty of staff to assist customers . There was good discounts too but on this occasion I didn't buy nothing . Shop is located on 2 floors.

It's ok. Not the best season on outfit. But does the job. Hope to see more soon

love this shop, okay quality, great price, but very up to date and on trend, perfect for people who want trendy clothes at a low price!

Customer service at its worst.
On Wednesday, I went to the store to buy a small gift for my sister. As it was a gift, I asked the cashier how long the return policy was valid. Then I encountered a problem that required me to step away from the register for two minutes. When I returned, I paid for the item and left for home. When I got there, I saw that the chaser had removed the tag. Her demeanour was bad and unpleasant throughout the entire process (the tag was on the item when I picked it up).
She and her coworkers could also provide better customer service if they spent less time making fun of and discussing the appearances of their customers.

Came here specifically to pick up online order, they randomly closed their stock room before the store closure and refused to give me my order.

Love Bershka as a brand and the clothes are reasonably priced. This store has quite a small selection.

Like most other Bershka/Zara/Pull & Bear shops the staff really do not care. The people on the door dont say hi or look at you. We were told the changing room was closing because the shop closed in 30 minutes so when he said we wont bother buying our clothes they opened the changing room.

No staff of the tills. When we asked if someone could serve us the guy got on the tills and had an attitude.

I bought the wrong cover by mistake for my phone.
I asked the manager if it was possible to do something about it ?
She was so rude and replied no, as its my fault for purchasing the wrong product. It was perfect but she said the paper packaging was damaged, I am pretty sure the paper packaging is not difficult to replace.

I told her how upset I was (once I just got the product minutes ago ) She just looked at me, scoffed and shrugged her shoulders like I was a no one.

She then took the product and threw it in the bin. I have never dealt with such arrogance especially coming from management level.

I am a paying customer and trust me I will not be returning to this store.

If this is management I can’t being to imagine how the floor staff is trained.

Staff seem to be either not trained in the basic runnings of a store. Or are trained to treat every customer like sheet. Not sure ! Absolute joke. Nice clothes though
