Served today by a rude man- he couldn't be bothered to look up at me from the paperwork that he was also trying to do behind the till. Another male member of staff was being horribly bossy to other staff about fetching him different pairs of jeans and I overheard another male member of staff say to a female manager 'this place would be ok without the customers!'

Good place to shop for children's wear. Relatively cheap these days. Always having some sort of sale or another. Quality is not as great as it used to be but the jeans quality I'd still class as great. Staff's always friendly.

What a shame - having received really good service from a girl in the changing rooms when trying on clothes to not so good service from the person on the tills at 2.15 today who I put the garments aside with for collection later. She assured me this was fine. As it turned out I couldn't collect them later and phoned an hour before the shop closed to ask them to keep the garments to one side until tomorrow. They said they'd been put back into the shop. Just hope I can find the same clothes again when I return tomorrow.

Also website opening hours are wrong!!!!

I normally never write reviews but the customer service today at the Gap store was brilliant. We were shopping for kids clothes and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Whenever we required a certain size they checked in the back and always came back with what we needed. We ended up buying a lot of kids clothes which were an absolute bargain in the sale.

Not very good collection as it used to be.
Today customer care wasn’t great. I was paying my bill and when the man scanning items it wasn’t showing the correct amount which showing on their promotional offer stickers. From the side another staff (probably store manager) keeps telling him that what I am saying is not right even she was wrong. Her attitude was like I am lying. She call the kids floor and ask them to put down the sticker and she even wasn’t said sorry that it was their fault not mine. I never received that kind of attitude from any Oxford’s high stress shop. Gap really disappointed me!

50% OFF the entire store. I promptly went into full hlown shopping mode, grabbed 8 items to try on. Unfortunately, the general quality of the items I took was poor and substandard for the GAP I used to know and grew up wearing. Out of 8, I eventually settled for two items: a relatively good quality khaki pants for 12.99 and a low quality pair of Jeans i thought would be sub-£10. The jeans were 24.99 so I promptly dropped them. Looking forward to the khakis tho!

Nice clean and friendly Gap outlet. Got amazing bargain last time I was there. Better location than any London gaps as its less crowded and you get decent co-shoppers.

Some of the jeans were nice. The only reason we went in here was because Jack had a voucher off his Nan to spend.
