Lucy and her team give thoughtful, honest and encouraging style advice that I always trust, so I have never been disappointed with a purchase, and they have helped me choose things which are outside my (usually quite narrow) style choices. The customer service is excellent and very personal and they always go the extra mile - this has been especially noticeable through the pandemic. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

First class customer service received from Lucy at Real Clothing. Super helpful when it came to picking the right sizes and as a result everything fitted perfectly. Order arrived quickly and well packaged. The Fabienne Chapot clothing I ordered is beautifully made and comfortable to wear. So excited to have somewhere to go and wear it all even if it's just to the supermarket until lockdown is over.
