Friendly, caring and really wanting to give you good service. I went in to find a coat for an event I was going to in February and it really was a luxury service and experience with the lovely lady who served me giving good advice and being honest about what suited me. But also giving me a little bit of confidence in wearing something that suited me. A shining example of first class customer service!

Just wanted to feedback to you how exceptional our shopping experience was in your Exeter store. Tracey Grinsted was so amazing. She could not have done more and to be on the receiving end of that sort of customer service was wonderful. She helped myself and my daughter find a special dress for a black tie event we are attending. The dress I loved was not available in my size so Tracey went above and beyond to find it for whilst offering alternatives just in case. She is a credit to your store and I will return because of her. Thank you Tracey.

My experience at this store on 31st October deserves 100 stars! A massive thank you to Tracy the shop assistant that dressed me for my 50th Birthday celebrations. I literally felt like a film star coming out of the changing room in a dress I never normally would have had the confidence to even try on, let alone buy! Not only that, I bought a dress and two pairs of trousers!!!! Be assured, I will be writing to head office to praise the exceptional sevice offered by the whole team, but Tracy in particular, who literally took all the pressure off and made me feel amazing! x
