I bought a wardrobe from here for £250 for my daughter. It had quite a few scratches (which is the case for most of the furniture hence why they are marked down) but I thought these could be painted over so was happy to pay the £250. The wardrobe was taken down by the shop and flat packed. When we started building the wardrobe we noticed a massive crack on the inside. I was gutted so I took a picture of it and took it to the store expecting either some money back or a full refund as the crack had not been there when I purchased the wardrobe (myself and my mother closely inspected it before it was purchased) so must have been done when the wardrobe was taken down and flat packed.
I agreed to have an employee of the shop come and look at the crack to make a decision on what to do. He was very kind and could see why I was upset about it but after not hearing anything from the shop I chased them and was told the crack was tiny and was covered by shelf which was not the case. It looks like someone had taken a swing at it with a hammer and is not even slightly hidden by the shelf! I spoke to a lady who worked there about 5 times not once getting to speak to the manager and was finally offered a £25 store credit! I refused and was told I would not be allowed a full refund which is ridiculous seeing as they damaged my wardrobe and surely illegal if I wasn't told this when I purchased the item! I'll certainly be taking this further.
Be very wary if you purchase furniture from here, if you do try to take it home as it is as you cannot guarantee the condition you will receive it in and certainly won't be offered any money back!!

We had furniture delivered today and the men who came were amazing very polite and courteous and went out of their way to be helpful as we are older and disabled we often get treated like second class citizens especially by delivery guys.

Yes it was OK,but we couldn't try any thing on,the changing rooms were closed, so I didn't buy anything DISAPPOINTED

Always get a bargain here when ever I visit, never leave empty handed. Great variety of clothes for us all. Even household items , furniture and bedding. Really good quality and designer brands too.
