I have been to Next in Harrow on a few occasions and found the store manager, Veronica, to be helpful with my queries. She even kindly opened the changing room area for me despite the fact that they store was going to close. Whilst in the queue, I saw that despite it was almost closing time and very busy, she dealt with the other customers in a personable way too and is a very friendly person. After this positive experience, I knew I had to get her name and write a review!

This is worse Next store to date. During the 1 and 2 August I went to collect some items from the Harrow branch ad at least 30 people were waiting for their items including me. The wait time was 1 hour plus and was absolutely levid. After 1 hour I left the branch as someone was to bring my items to me and as of now - no items - no missing items either. WORSE BRANCH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!"

If I could I would have given 0 rating! My order arrived on the day that we were going away. While at the airport I requested call back, to hold my order till I get back. However the store did not answer the call. After 3 more calls While away I requested the order to be hold till 11 Sep. Went to the store on 9 Sep, to be told no the order is not here, they don't know where it is! I found on my account that the order is being send back on 9 Sep (today) as not collected. Sales assistant didn't know much about parcels..... asked to speak to manager. Took over 45 min for the manager to come! She couldn't find the order either.
This is the third time this has happened in this branch. Will be using another branch next time!

Update: this is the third time my order got misplaced and CS tells me they need 7 days to investigate. Avoid store collection at this store at any cost!!!

Most of the time customer service is terrible. Staff is it overworked and unfortunately it is impacting it a lot. Today I had the worst experience, first the man who was giving out my order was quite rude, when the postcode I told him didn't match the parcel he just kept asking what's my postcode. I even showed him my email confirmation, he could have even seen card ending and verify but he kept asking for postcode (which I already tried updating few times on the website). When I insisted taking the parcel he held it away like I was a criminal. Then he figured he can ask if I have a previous post code - genius! Then it matched and I got my first parcel (£10 leggings, not worth this hassle). Then the second part of my parcel he said abruptly I have to go to the till. I was upset and he just rudely left without a comment. This person should not be working in a customer facing job if he has minimal skills or management should train staff more. When I went to the till they couldn't find the second part of my order. It's sad that the quality next has is flawed by their online store setup, where orders often get mixed up or devided. If they can't guarantee a smooth online buying experience then it would be worth cutting down on the lines they sell online. I know I won't be ordering online any more unless necessary.

A small outlet so having lesser options across merchandise is definitely a given. But, still decent for some basic stuff. Also, the customer collection point does take really long at times! So please go with some buffer. Staff is generally accommodating and co-operative.

Rude staff members. My parcel got sent to the wrong shop the previous week so I was collecting my parcel a week later. I'd also ordered some other items. Recently moved here and my old postcode was on my parcel and the lady who served me was very accusatory when I gave my new postcode thinking that would be the one used on my parcel. She also didn't give me my other two parcels at first and I had to ask for them to be handed to me. She also made me show my ID twice. Really rude, especially considering I enjoy shopping at Next and find the clothes to be of good quality. Don't expect to be treated as a thief, especially after placing a large order. Won't bother coming here again. I would rather order to another store and travel into London to a different Next.

I ordered a product and came to collect my parcel from Next once I received a text and email from the store. The member of staff told me that they could not find the parcel. After a call with customer service, the member of staff said that the product is out of stock and asked if I would like a refund. Thank you for wasting my time. Please avoid collections from here.

Consistently slow service. Understaffed and understocked. Waiting in line to pay is worse than waiting at a post office. Avoid this place.
