I recently went to the store to purchase a suit for my husband and there were two younger members of staff who were extremely helpful and very very polite, nothing was too much trouble for either of them. They both gave me the type of service I expect when I go shopping. The suit fits great and price is excellent. Thank you.

Good for lower priced clothes and shoes for adults and children... babies included. Some household items and at the moment the usual Christmas displays and some gifts. Thumbs up in general but a little disappointed that the ladies clothes this season are sooo dark. Not everyone wants grey, black, dark green, navy blue or deep burgundy... please give us some colour....

Good range of clothing, shoes, socks and underwear for the family, plus household items and suitcases for the holiday. Pricing on the lower side. Clothing OK, but quality on the lower side. You get what you pay for. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice clothes. Were looking for mens dress shirt, trousers and tie. We used the changing rooms which were tidy and clean. I was very happy with the items we bought.

Matalan clothing outlet corby phoenix retail park is not the biggest Store but carries a large cross section of what the larger stores have including garden and home wares, solar garden lights ect covers your family needs for ladies, gents, and childrens clothing inc newborns. some mobility parking bays are by the Storefront which is shared with other nearby stores.

Staff not very friendly, forced my nana to use the self service when there was a til open and so ensued the most complicated transaction I'm sure matalan has ever seen. No help from staff and then as she walks out the alarm goes as she didn't know how to remove the security tags. Staff then descend on her and finally want to help by removing them. She was very confused, embarrassed and angry. She could easily have gone to the usual til and been served easily and swiftly. Idiotic shop with idiotic policies.
