It is reassuring in this age to find a company who go above and beyond to deal with a customer. All my dealing with them have been of the highest quality and I am genuinely impressed with them. Very disappointed I bought a pair of walking shoes which seems ok when I tried them on in the shop, however when walking in then I discovered the my foot gor sore from where you tie the lace I’ve the top of your foot.
When I discovered this I took them c bc ack and was told there is nothing wrong with the shoe it must be my feet. They had only been worn a couple of times and was not given a chance to get refund only 20% of next purchase.
Won’t shop there again very disappointed as I have a lot of there products

I am confident that I will receive a refund of the balance in due course.
