This place is amazing, I came here in December 2019 for a gown fitting and was made to be very special. I tried on a number of lovely gowns, really special sample designer dresses at such a good value. The lady that helped me was very kind and friendly and knew exactly how to team up the dresses with amazing accessories. I didn't buy a dress in the end as I was unsure as to whether I would be having a winter or summer wedding. But if I lived in Cardiff permanently I would certainly come back and look to buy a dress off them, what's more it's all for a good cause!

Amazing dresses, great prices and great service! I got my wedding dress, veil and hoop skirt from Pritchard & Moore and I'm super happy with it all! Alison is very nice, helpful and knows what she is doing. They also have a seamstress at hand who will alter your dress for you and a dry cleaner if you need it. I can highly recommend this shop! Please go and check out the dresses there, you won't regret it! They also have veils, hats, shoes, hair accessories and dressed for the wedding party.

Brilliant place to shop for wedding dresses on a budget! Staff were friendly and helpful. There recommended seamstress was also fab! Would definitely recommend that every bride should have a look here, I got so many compliments on my dress.

I recently bought my wedding dress from Pritchard and Moore which I absolutely loved. The ladies were caring and professional. Literally just left this shop will never return. This is my 2nd time visiting as an anxious bride to not be acknowledged on the shop floor again. I looked through every single beautiful dress and that still did not inspire the shop owner to say hello or ask if I needed help, that I felt uncomfortable and left immediately. It's a shame as the shop and items are beautiful.
