I bought a Regatta jacket in July 2020. Sadly it was faulty. I returned it to the Monmouth branch. The staff and Manager sorted out the issues immediately they are so helpful , patient and caring. They were brilliant and the store has a lot of stylish affordable clothing so it won't be too long before my next visit to their store
