I arrived at the shop at around 10 o clock to purchase my daughters school uniform and it was closed. There was a young lady outside and I asked her do you work here, inwhich she replied "yes". I then asked what time does the shop open which she replies "12 o clock". Okay I said I'll come back later. She then said " don't go I'll open the shop for you now" . You can imagine I was gobsmacked. I said "are you sure", she said " yeah of course come on in " once inside she was very kind and polite and helped me and my daughter in getting the correct sizes. I couldn't be more happy what a fantastic attitude this young lady had. Thank you

We placed an order in August for school uniform, and found it only ready today. Not acceptable and missed a lot of the term. You can forget calling them on the phone. Youngsters run the canton shop and didn't care about my complaint. We did go the shop at the start of September, queued for an hour and a half to be told they lost the order.
The young girl serving today even said 'i wouldn't bother ordering online, it's terrible' says it all really doesn't it....

Absolutely terrible system.
Over the Summer 2021 we were due to pick up my Sons school.uniform. We passed the shop every few days and each time there was a wierdly long queue outside. We waited a few weeks until we had little time left. Eventually I queued about 5 deep, which wasn't too bad at around 60 mins... But still. To get into a sports shop....?

Once inside it became quickly clear that they had several hundred orders in around 50 boxes... None of them in any order. Also, no room in the shop to lay them out. The upshot being that for every customer all orders needed to be trawled through by emptying the boxes out onto the shop floor, including an unknown quantity upstairs, until the right ones could be found. Then they packed them all away in their boxes again, and repeated the whole process again for the next customer. It took them 1 hour to deal with 3 customers. At least 2 of the customers ahead of me could not locate their orders and had to be promised to reorder the uniforms and send them in the post with 1 week to school start.
10 minutes thought by myself, the customer in front and behind all came up with ordering them by customer surname.

Pretty shoddy service.

But the junior staff on the floor were lovely having to deal with a poorly managed business.

Disgusting service, tried contacting multiple times with no success, uniforms ordered during summer holidays over 9 weeks ago and still not received anything. No apology, no explanation, nothing.
I have never experience such awful service, NEVER again with I waste my time and money.
