River Island

Bought a gorgeous dress for my daughter but unfortunately i had to return it but that wasn't a problem at all, the lovely girls on the till were very helpful, polite and well mannered.

Store is just about the right size with lots of choice for both male and female. Recently picked up a lovely blouse to wear for a party without having to travel to Chester/Cheshire Oaks and its within walking distance from home. Need to expand the shopping park and introduce H & M, Superdrug and also re-vamp JD Sports similar to the one just done in Denton, Manchester which is fab. Sarah, Martins other half :))

Nice shop with ok range of clothing. Had to order on line for what I wanted but easy to collect.

Very, very good service from the staff. I could not have asked for more helpful people.

I've found all staff in every River Island shop very helpful and polite,
The only complaint I'd have about River Island is that if an item is not available in my nearest store they won't send said item from another store to your nearest store..this would make life easier for people especially if they don't drive, the online option does not work as you can't get passed the cookie choice...the box to tick is not there...🤷‍♀️
