Always a good shopping experience in our local Next store. Staff are very polite and helpful. The store is emaculate and well layed out.

Some variety seemed as if it was 'made for outlet'... There were no fitting rooms, though they said we can return items to any next store in 15 days..

Nicely laid out, never busy but men's clothes pretty drab to be fair.. But I guess that's Next for you...

Had a message to pick up a parcel, came home to find 1 of the items not included, it has been sent in a separate parcel and have to pick it up tomorrow in store, why did they not say that in the first place would have saved myself another trip.

Products were great.
Went to click and collect. Kept waiting in cold for 15 mins as they couldn't find previous customers items. Finally got served by scruffy staff member with no customer service skills.
I work in the hospital and throughout the pandemic myself and my colleagues have been smart, professional, kind and curteous. If we can be that whilst patients cough all around us I can't understand why shop staff behind a barrier are allowed to be discourteous.
