River Island

Absolutely unacceptable. Due to the information provided on the what should be the reliable 'Google', I believed the closing time of River Island Spytty to be eight pm. You can imagine my utter disgust, shock and surprised when I arrived at the store at ten to be welcomed (not so welcomed) by a lassy determined that I would not be entering the two doors ahead of me. Please change your closing time to 7:50, all I wanted to do was exchange a top for a smaller size

A great store with a lot of choice and price ranges. Surpised that river island is very old fashioned when it comes to returns. I feel as if they need to be more hassle free. Modern retailers are now slowly getting around to making returns as simple as a straight forward transaction. Become more modern...

Really expensive. If you have a child that will need to try on clothes DO NOT GO THERE! They have tiny little wooden shack like things in the corners and you can see through the cracks! And they call them kids changing rooms!!! Just don’t go!

I've not really shopped in river Island until recently and I love it. The quality and pricing of the clothing is really good and had some really good quirky clothes from there.

Wish they did more regular fit rather than skim, skinny or tight fitting . Other than that got a bargain pair of shoes £39 reduced to £7 .

A shop for youngsters mainly. I had a £10 voucher left over so used it to purchase 2 small vials of everyday perfume which is surprisingly pleasant. Doesn't smell cheap.

Never find sizes in store always sold out. Not much colour in store very disappointed.
