Large range of school uniform. Well done. Could have given five star but one is missing because I bought set of pink lazed pant for my daughter but they are falling off despite the fact that i got the right size even one size lower

would like to say, i was on the phone with a member of your support team called tyler and would like to say he has a lovely soothing voice. i found him on instagram and has a nice beard 10/10 worthy. hero.

Excellent friendly customer service when asking where items were located, large changing rooms, floor in changing rooms did need a brush but store clean and tidy. Large range of goods at reasonable prices. Angela on checkouts was amazing, so happy and chatty, pleasure to visit the store.

I had to return an item that I purchased on line. It was quick and my credit card was credited with the amount. Pleasant young lady served me, and once I explained that I had ordered a size large, and the picker selected it because it said large on the hanger,but it turned out to be a 3xl. Just a simple mistake on the warehouse side. Glad to say they had a size large in stock so happy all round. Also bought some new bras, as for some reason I have put on a little extra weight. Thank you Christmas.

How can you change MARKED Prices with a higher price ticket or a written price mark, surely that's against the law? For example wife was going to buy boots, on the ticket had a little round price and just under it i noticed that it had original price under it at a lower price. I also noticed that some price tickets were altered by a pen?

Ordered online, items missing and items sent with security tags joining two pairs of trousers together. Its hard to believe how a simple order can be delivered with so many errors..... Now a physical trip to the store is needed to resolve the issue which defeats the point of paying for a home delivery 🙄
