Ordered something on line for a delivery expected 5 days for my daughters Birthday gift, 10 days later I chased up to see where the parcel was, Royal Mail has misplaced, there was no tracking so when I called Leah for an alternative option she was extremely rude on the phone, her manner on the phone was disgraceful and for that a small business like this would never grow. I would never recommend this place and would let that be known.

This place has it all from up and coming youngsters wanting to learn to swim or venture into triathlon. Or seasoned pros.

Leah and Louise have a massive wealth of knowledge within the sports and offer a free fantastic wetsuit fitting which is almost unheard of.

I highly recommend viewing the ranges they have on offer and a friendly chat to make you feel at ease.

I echo the experience of some of these negative comments about customer service. I ordered something online and my order confirmation clearly said it would be delivered to my home address. But I then received an email from Lou saying I needed to pay more for postage. I phoned up to query this and ended up cancelling the order, at which point the person on the phone just hung up on me. What might have been a simple misunderstanding ended up with the salesperson hanging up the phone mid-sentence - not acceptable. Beware if you're ordering online.

I went to the shop full of nerves as I am not a swimmer and I’m short and overweight!! The two ladies were amazing and I left full of confidence and having spent less than I thought!
They showed huge knowledge, I observed them serving a few customers while waiting to try on suits. They didn’t push to sell more and had plenty of time to help every customer. Really impressed.

Absolute gem of a place. Fantastic service. Was going to get a suit online and thought I'd stop in here as it was close to work. Can't recommend enough.

Highly recommend - been swimming in shorts but wanted to get a wetsuit for the buouyancy aid, after talking through I was recommended buouyancy shorts rather than full wetsuit. If I had gone online I would have spent twice as much on a full wetsuit which would have been less preferable for what I'm after. Overall very pleased with purchase and great experience, wouldn't have got that online!
