Not a nice gym to go to reception staff always are in bad mood for some odd reason especially lady with brunette hair seems so miserable never ask her to make you drink she's never happy AVOID this place at any cost!!

Cheap, good open hours & great atmosphere.
This is not a family gym, this is what is more commonly known as a "muscle gym" providing you with everything you need to gain muscle mass and train hard without having to worry about what other people think. Want to take your top off ? do it, wana scream and shout do it, wana train cardio or just do abs... you get my point :)

They are rude and unfair especially Clive. He's two faced. And Tracey is also very rude and racist. I and few members heard her saying discusting racist remarks towards the Pakistani community. The users of the gym are ok. Keep themselves to themselves.

This is an amazing gym. Recommend to all. Great prices and customer service.

I love this place..its a gym without all the flashy nonsense . If you wanna work old skool..this is the place..

The Kodokan Kendo Club UK has some very experienced teachers (called Sensei) for both Adults and children. They are very professional and teach in a traditional Japanese way.

The squash courts are in a disgusting state. The holes in the court walls sent my ball in the wrong direction. There is also a bad smell in the air.
The website shown a squash court with a glass wall, so i took my mother to watch me play. There was no glass wall, only a viewing platform from above, which wasn't good as my mother suffers from vertigo.
I complained to a man called Clive who came across as a mix between Delboy and basil faulty
I will not be returning ever again.
