Wanted to write to express our appreciation of the way you looked after us on our choir tour to Worcester in July. The coach was first class and our driver, Steve, was a joy to work with. Definitely the best tour transport experience we have had over the past 5 years since we started touring. Perhaps you would pass on our appreciation to all members of your team that were involved in any way.

Dave and Steve were our drivers yesterday and totally brilliant for everyone.

Excellent road craft, comfortable coaches, humour - never too warm nor chilly.

A credit to Truemans Coaches and on behalf of the AFC Wimbledon supporters who travelled yesterday - a big thank you.

We went to Northumbria on 29th August from Bagshot, the coach and driver were excellent, no problem with the Holiday Inn either. The Alnwick
Castle and gardens should have been for the day, only had time for the Castle, we would have loved to see the gardens and town. Whitley Bay was not really worth the visit for three and one quarter hours, good job it was fine, there was nothing of interest to us only a bread shop that sold "stotties" which were excellent and we had never heard of them.
Regards,
Bernard Crooke.

Received a reply of, "I don't think the MD will bother [offering a partial refund]" when queried - found Sue to be very unprofessional in this instance. Also refused to supply any contact details to discuss with anybody else. Had plenty of good trips previously but unfortunately Truemans has lost several customers now due to rude responses

Respected All,
I give my gratitude to Truemans Coaches. For over 5 years I have received the very best of service from this company. I run a Nepalese charity and use Truemans Coaches for our events. It is important to us that the people at Truemans and especially the drivers understand our requirements as many of our members struggle with the English language and the ways of this country. We find Truemans Coaches to be most sympathetic to us. With Ricky at the office, especially, looking after us we can relax, knowing we are in good hands.

We recently sub-hired Truemans coaches in to cover some jobs for us during some busy periods, and all of the feedback from our regular customers was that the coaches were lovely, the drivers were friendly - and everything ran exactly as it should.

Thank you for the assistance; we would happily recommend you to others & use your services again.

Trumans provided us with a wonderful trip to Yorkshire and the Dales in October. The coach was really comfortable and the driver did everything he possibly could have done to make our holiday perfect.

Fuming.....i booked up to go to Bruges Sat 16/03/19 and specifically asked for 2 back row seats as i suffer with aching legs on long trips. The lady assured me when booking id have the back seats as i could use the middle seat wen the problem arose. She would also print out the seat numbers on the paperwork for me too.
As we got onto the coach was rather abruptly informed we didnt have the back seats as the seating wasnt now to plan! I explained about my leg issue and told the drivers that i had asked for those seats. But was still told i couldnt have the seats id requested. Ive since found out that the reason i couldnt have the seats id asked for was because the driver didnt think it was fair to split a family up ( a mother and two grown up children ) so i had to endure a very long journey in pain because of this. Im most upset and feel very let down. Is this common practise that drivers can just swap seats around? I will be ringing up Monday morning.
