Excellent road craft, comfortable coaches, humour - never too warm nor chilly.
A credit to Truemans Coaches and on behalf of the AFC Wimbledon supporters who travelled yesterday - a big thank you.
Castle and gardens should have been for the day, only had time for the Castle, we would have loved to see the gardens and town. Whitley Bay was not really worth the visit for three and one quarter hours, good job it was fine, there was nothing of interest to us only a bread shop that sold "stotties" which were excellent and we had never heard of them.
Regards,
Bernard Crooke.
I give my gratitude to Truemans Coaches. For over 5 years I have received the very best of service from this company. I run a Nepalese charity and use Truemans Coaches for our events. It is important to us that the people at Truemans and especially the drivers understand our requirements as many of our members struggle with the English language and the ways of this country. We find Truemans Coaches to be most sympathetic to us. With Ricky at the office, especially, looking after us we can relax, knowing we are in good hands.
Thank you for the assistance; we would happily recommend you to others & use your services again.
As we got onto the coach was rather abruptly informed we didnt have the back seats as the seating wasnt now to plan! I explained about my leg issue and told the drivers that i had asked for those seats. But was still told i couldnt have the seats id requested. Ive since found out that the reason i couldnt have the seats id asked for was because the driver didnt think it was fair to split a family up ( a mother and two grown up children ) so i had to endure a very long journey in pain because of this. Im most upset and feel very let down. Is this common practise that drivers can just swap seats around? I will be ringing up Monday morning.
