Absolutely discussed by your customer service helpline. I said to the man who was manning it that I had just purchased a 10 trip pass and that it wasn't clear that you only activate it just before using a credit. As its my first time buying this ticket, I thought it had to be activated after purchase. I said Ive now lost a credit worth £4, is there anything you can do about it. He replied i quote "I you should be more careful". I asked to speak to his manager and he replied there isn't one, I said you don't have a manager? He said he is out driving a bus. I work in customer service myself and simply can not believe you allow a member of staff to speak to customers in this way nor offer them some kind of credit if they have used a pass ( out of mistake ). Extremely upset by my experience

NOT DOG FRIENDLY - Unlike the other local and London Bus Companies I was surprised to have been refused travel on a 514 bus in Kingston upon Thames. This was because I had my small terrier Lucy with me and if dogs have been a nuisance in the past then they could be told to get off if there is a problem just like I was told to get off. This very unusual blanket ban is unfair and descriminates against older people who have companion dogs.
Assistance dogs are ok.

We have worked with Falcon for a bit and so far we are very happy with their service. They are very helpful und considerate. Sometimes the drivers are unfortunately a bit moody. But the buses are always clean and ready to go.

Im affraid it wen down since i travel with them last time, very strong toilet freshner smell in whole bus... I couldnt fall asleep because smell was so intense. Im sure someone overkilled amount of blue stuff they adding into a toilet. Journey itself was ok

What a lovely driver we had on the 17.15 from Bristol Airport. He was very kind and helpful to his passengers and also had a sense of humour. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

I travelled on the 28 from Guildford to Knaphill Sainsbury's on Christmas Eve 2021. The 28 was on time and a very friendly driver. I'd give Falcon Buses more than the 5 stars as they're one of the best companies in Surrey. I agree with the words 'Your Local Premier Bus Company' on the buses

Did not stop at Sainsburys Knaphill so all the college students heading to Merrist Wood had to phone around to get a lift in. Why do the drivers of a half empty bus ignore the queue of passengers in the bus shelter ?
