Slug & Lettuce - Southampton

A place in downtown. Got there because you can’t find anything else there at 21:00 at night that serves also food and not just drinks. This is a combination of a fast food place with a cocktails bar. Not sure it works well. Atmosphere and the vibe should be improved, and the hamburger we’ve got, it was delicious but small 😳. Long wait too.

Absolutely amazing service! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Matt, Laura, Josh and Connor! Especially for managing to get my friend a singular fried egg, haha. Clean services, yummy food and cocktails!

Tired franchise in need of a revamp.

Shabby interior speaks of a thousand student nights. Burger and chips arrived in good time, but with the minimal service - cutlery and sauces had to be requested.
If Southampton is busy on a game day or concert night, then you might consider the S&L for a reasonably priced burger and pint.

Had an amazing lunch and cocktails here for my birthday lunch. Food was lovely and drinks were great too. Definitely recommend would 100% return.

We went there for a bottomless brunch for a colleague's leaving do. Great service from the staff, DJ Matt in particular. He was very friendly and accommodating. The food was decent too. Good value for money.

Stunning place to drink cocktails. Most cocktails are 2-for-1, you can’t mix them but they are really good quality. There’s also food options. Overall, amazing choice and my favorite place to go out.

The drinks are awesome! Honestly one of the best bars in Southampton. The music is great as well as the service :) I would go again! The 2-4-1 deal is perfect for big groups, I would recommend it!!!! Dj Matt is the best 10/10!!

We had an amazing night out for my friends birthday here. DJ matt and Poppy the bartenders were wonderful and really made it a special evening and served the drinks with a great attitude and smile at all times.
The cocktails were phenomenal here and they were really worthwhile. Would definitely recommend for a good night out!
