Stylish decor and dog friendly with really nice food - what’s not to love? Well the staff were so completely inattentive that ordering was a chore, getting side plates, coffees, and the bill were all an effort. The staff were probably very nice, but to get any sort of service you had to walk up to the bar and pretty much interrupt their conversation. I’ve rarely felt that invisible

Pricey but good cocktails. Large menu. Lovely atmosphere; especially on the roof terrace. Staff were really friendly and chatty.

This is a really cool place! The food was super quick and delicious and the cocktails were amazing! It's got a really nice atmosphere and decor. We had a great night except for when we had to order our drinks from the bar and one of the bartenders was acting rude and unpleasant, hence the 4 stars. But despite that, I think this place is definitely worth a shot!

Having been to Novi a half dozen times in the last 10 months, it’s sadly always the same formula. Great ambiance, good food, good drinks, kind staff, but incredibly poor service. Waiting over 90 minutes for an avocado toast and water is an incredibly long time. Especially considering it isn’t table service; you order your meal and food at the bar. Seems like the management and/or owners are just content with torturing their servers and patrons by not equipping the restaurant with enough staff.

We had a fab evening here a couple of weeks ago. Staff were friendly, we had no issues with waiting times and they catered to all our requests. Stunning cocktails at a price that reflects other bars in the area.

A great central Cambridge cafe for brunch and lunch, located opposite the University Arms hotel.

They serve nice coffee and a good selection of cocktails and other drinks. Everything on the menus looks appetising.

Although they don’t have a children’s menu the staff were very accommodating and were friendly and helpful which made our experience there quite enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

It was my first visit to NOVI, for lunch with a small party from work. It was a great experience, and I cannot agree with some other reviews here criticising service: our waitress was great - cheerful, knowledgeable, and everything was fast and perfect.
Hard to identify the style of food, certainly a lot of fusion and health-minded. All of our party liked their plate(s), for different reasons. Will certainly come again!
