Pleasant &very helpful staff, usual Costa fare served with careful Covid precautions.( But small queue to order moved at glacial pace which might be awkward if you're in a hurry).

Not a good experience. Staff were very grumpy. I had asked for a skinny lataand a blueberry muffin. As the barasta had put her hands all over the mouth piece of my take away cup, I asked for a clean one. Oh dear... Shouldn't have done that. I got the blackest of looks and a mouthful of cheek. To top that, the milk was sour and coffee so weak, It was not worth drinking. I won't be going back. Wish I had waited until I got home. Total waste of money 😡

Small branch on a retail park, only had drinks and used toilet which is suitable for disabled users but only one for everyone. Staff friendly and wasn't as busy as others stores. Ordered a latte and tea. Music was playing but wasn't too loud and intrusive. Automatic door constantly opening as people walked past so sit away from this area if it's a cooler day.

We only popped in for a hot choccy drink about 5.30pm before we drove back home and the ladies seemed nice that served us and the place was clean but quite empty of people !

Popped in first thing to grab a hot chocolate and coffee. The staff were friendly and there was a quick service.
