Costa Coffee

Staff polite and helpful. They deal with queues efficiently and calmly. Good range of coffees, drinks, and delicious sweet treats.
Downside is the cafe looks a bit tired and I don't like the lighting so ambience could be improved.
Coffees and hot chocolate very nice but could be hotter. Even when you ask for an extra hot, often you get a tepid drink which you feel you have to drink quickly when you want to relax over your break. It's a shame as nothing wrong with the texture or flavour.

Good drinks at a decent price. Lots of cakes and biscuits however often understaffed. Sometimes a long queue but available to take out. Club card/ reward cards are used and it accepts credit cards and cash. In the middle of town so an ideal spot to grab a coffee. Overall good place for a coffee

Staff are super friendly. Why do costa still have the covid screens up....

Staff: can you please check the temperature of the AC more often? It is impossible to stay inside for more than 20 minutes without freezing.

Otherwise, the staff is always nice, the coffee is good enough as in any Costa, and the place is well kept.

I understand that the staff are active and so they feel hotter than most of the customers, but we need a balance, as it is, I can only take drinks away.

Was served there twice in one day, the staff was very nice to me even when I had tho take a phone call in the middle of the transaction. I had a hot chocolate, vegan sandwich and a peach iced tea and all was good and tasty. The only thing I would bring to your attention guys is a broken seat in the toilet, it’s not the best to see it this way.

I must have had the new guy, I ordered a large hot chocolate to take away with marshmallows, when it was ready I asked if it had marshmallow in as I didn't see him put them in, he told yes. They wasn't floating on top either. Driving down the road, there was no marshmallows in my drink, couldn't taste them, they normally go gooey and sludge through the hole in the top, yeah this didn't happen with out my marshmallows
