Starbucks Coffee

Website states 4pm close on Sunday, the hotel that Starbucks is within confirmed 4pm close, decided to go for a walk first and returned at 3.30pm with only 2 people in front in the queue to be told by very abrupt and irrate staff member that they were closed now as they close at 3.30. So much for customer service as she obviously couldn't be bothered to serve one extra person in the queue! Will not be returning!!

My friends and I have been coming here for years for snacks and drinks. We all live locally. Unfortunately we have noticed recently that the staff are very hap hazard about the way in which they serve their customers. The lack of interest in what they are doing and the filthiness of the place is extremely appalling. There is never anyone in charge to oversee what is happening. We will never be back until the management use their common sense and improve this establishment.

Only one person working behind the counter. He did a brilliant job but the service was quite slow because he had to do everything.

Stopped off with my partner on a walk to Lytham. What's to say it's a Starbucks 🤷 they sell coffee, cakes and light lunches/breakfasts etc!

My partner liked her coffee and I had a tea which was ok! You can't really get much wrong with that!

The place was busy and not many seats spare when we went in but we were only threre for a takeout! Queue was quite long to get served but didn't take long at all

Will visit again if we're in the area and wanted a coffee

Absolutely disgusted that I could not buy a drink for myself and my son, as this location didn't take cash. Some people don't live on credit cards and save cash for holidays. It's illegal to refuse cash money, which is legal tender even if I wanted to pay in 2's and 1's. So on a red hot day, my 14 month son couldn't have a water as this is there policy. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Coffee was only just warm

Went in here last nigh at 5.50 . Myself and other customers waited in the queue till 5.59 then a young girl eventually came out and refused to serve us telling us they had switched the machine off. Why be open till 6 and then refuse to serve. Not happy
