Compliments to Louise and her team at Flour & Bean, Norwich Airport. Whilst waiting for our flight we thought we would try out the all new fresh and modern terminal restaurant. We were warmly greeted by Louise who was lovely. It was evident that she and the rest of her team were under a significant amount of pressure given the fact that the restaurant was packed. As with any airport environment some travellers were becoming agitated and impatient, however each and every time Louise and her team were on hand to provide resolutions whilst maintaining the highest level of professionalism and service. Our food arrived after a slight wait, which was expected given how busy the restaurant was, but was well worth it. All I can say is that Flour & Bean is exactly what Norwich Airport has been missing. Thank you to Louise and her team, we look forward to dining with you again on our next vacation from Norwich Airport.

Absolute dreadful meal , cold fries burger tasted awful, very cheap quality meat?? Worst ever meal at any airport I have eaten in.

Staff forgot to bring over my coffee and when I asked where it was they politely apologized and brought my son a coke and a muffin for free. We all make mistakes but it is how you deal with them that is important to me. Ty

Like everything else in Norwich airport. Unprofessional staff. Possibly the worst burger I’ve ever eaten.
