Caffè Nero

Fast service and good coffee. Nice sitting in the sun!

I really have to share my coffee experience at this Nero.
Out of all the coffee venues I've been to, this is easily the Winner.
Josh and Ellie were so friendly and good humoured, it was an absolute pleasure meeting them.
I look forward to meeting them again, and experiencing their first class customer service. What lovely people.
Well done, Ellie and Josh. You're the best !

Very very nice dogfriendly Place - Suki and Lucy Even got treats on top of nice words! A lot of Space and a toilet, Good paninis and coffee!

Neros in Queen Street is a great coffee shop. Super cute, great service and always good coffee. 👍

Got there at around 3.30 , thought would sit down for a coffe and food , ordered then was told we couldn't sit in and no seats out side , so I wasn't happy , then sat in the chair by next Caffe , there were no customers and we got told we were being cheeky and had to move , would have gladly moves if there were customers but no one around

Staff and coffee great but place could do with a refurb. Grubby below stairs, toilets could do with a spring clean!

Poor service, short staffed, drink in served in take away cups. Has a tired appearance to the whole premises
