Love the hot chocolate from here with squirt cream and chocolate dust.
Lots of cakes, pastries and sandwiches for non-veg and veg eaters. Freshly made items as well.

Shop itself has character. It’s a nice place to have a drink with friends. Don’t like the people you stand outside the door to smoke it drifts inside and stinks.

Staff are friendly but I have seen a few that are rude and full of attitude.
Usually visit a few times a month and really enjoy my coffee here as well as it’s freshly made and tastes really nice.

Grubby, furniture old and out dated.
Coffee has bitter tone and it's more expensive and smaller cup size than competition.
Go to Costa, also a touch grubby but great coffee, (strong but balanced flavour), in larger serving and cheaper.
Perhaps it's Watford Town Centre... grubby is normal..!
Shame.
I didn't try the food but a small slice of cake in either at around 2.60 seems unecessarily expensive to me.

Ordered a Latte which came in a small cup and tasted like Cappuccino. Took it back and the barrista started lecturing me on the differences between both. As I was the one complaing I knew the difference she obviously didn't.
Awful service, awful coffee.

Friendly staff! Pet friendly place… tried the hot chocolate and “chai latte”! Hot chocolate seemed good but not the chai latte!

As a white foreigner employee I was treated very badly in there. They forced me to work many more hours than 40 a week against my will and they made me work for a few people and still shouted: QUICKER! They also made me work 2 long days before signing the contract, promising to pay me later, but they’ve never paid me, because they couldn’t have added these hours into my rota, because I already had too many over hours. Of course British people who are much more aware of their right were treated so much better and of course black and other coloured people they wouldn’t dare to treat badly as they constantly keep shouting “you discriminating me!” (Sorry, no offence, I know that black people born in the UK are usually very decent and just normal, but black who came from Africa keep searching for discrimination wherever possible.) White foreigners are often treated in this country like slaves, anyone could say anything about them because they are defenceless and they are often used by employers.

Standard affair .. never had a bad experience here. Coffee is always freshly made and the cakes are nice ..

My only gripe .. the leather sofas are so knackered and low, it’s like I’m sitting on the floor .. lol

Very dark and oppressive...no atmosphere. Old tired furniture and old tired customers. Needs a thorough clean and refurbishment. Good coffee though.

I was a little disappointed as the girls were so busy and everything was served in paper cups and we asked for extra hot and it was tipped at the least
