Costa Coffee

Very slow service, Dirty cups (batista cleaned one on the third attempt) and really poor coffee. The latte tasted of coffee grinds and lacked the costa quality.
Decor needs updating and the seats were not comfortable.
Very disappointing.

Nice food but extreamly rude staff! I ordered a iced, cold drink and the staff member sighed and rolled her eyes! I ignored it untill she gave me some boiled water with a few berry's. Then a woman ordered a hot drink and the worker praised her like a dog and started doing the whip nae-nae! Not ecxeptable I expect better than this from a 4.4 star Caffè!

Went there with my granddaughter it was good Crosby has changed so much over the year will have to back one day to see what changes are there now last time was 1980 And great bus service the 53 every 8 mins or less recommended people go there to see what's on offer . ANd south road Waterloo they even a cinema ,

This has been updated but still not reinstalled it's WiFi it's over a month.why staff don't know why

Rather tired, also only 2 baristas serving so quite slow

Staff really nice and helpful. Ordered wrong coffee , my fault but they replaced it with no issue

Nice place with a good atmosphere, service could be faster though

Popped in following a business meeting, a grab and go coffee as you could say, and the whole team was soooo friendly. They were polite, talkative, smiled as you walked past them, honestly, it was very pleasant. Shame it isn't my local, but well done to all working on Friday 5th November! :)
