Starbucks Coffee

Always a Starbucks lover. Even though the man who served us at the counter was a 5/5 for customer service, very polite, helpful and very patient with me as I chose what I wanted. It was the other lady who dropped the rating for us. She obviously didn’t want to be there and showed it very well!

Left stood waiting to be served for an age while the staff either vacuumed a mat or ambled around behind the counter. The lady at the drive thru was waiting even longer than I was, staff clearly didn’t want to be there.

Normally stay clear as the coffee is too strong for me. This time i explained my dislike of strong and so she made me a brilliant pot which i drank and enjoyed.
Moral, say what you like and they will endeavour to supply

Starbucks is supposed to be a dog friendly business, & it is, but this little portacabin is a franchise. I went in with my well behaved cavapoo not realising that this was a "different Starbucks", & had some lady from behind the counter shouts across at me "excuse me you can't bring dogs in here". This is a different rule to most Starbucks, they should know that & do, as I asked them why it was different. They should also know that shouting at customers across the facility is bad practice, awful customer service & embarrassing for you, me & others. Wont be returning to this Srarbucks.

Tasteless tea! "Cup isn't dirty, just stained"..... in the eyes of the staff.
Will definitely not be going back to any Starbucks, wayyyyy over priced to!!!😡

Coffee, hot chocolate and cinnamon bun. All very fresh, drinks hot and the bun was delicious. Nice friendly service from the lady at the counter. Plenty of tables and seats.

Lovely drinks, staff very helpful even when my neice wanted something different they provided it.

The place was tidy, staff were polite. Ordered to stay in but disappointed because I was given a disposable cup instead of a proper cup. 🙃
