Starbucks Coffee

This starbucks is very well kept and very convenient when you are going shopping in Sainsbury's. The staff are great and all follow the covid guidelines very well. Atm they are taking only card (no cash). Only a few tables available to sit in due to ristrictions.

The person who took my order misunderstood my order and typed some odd stuff onto the label. Sadly things went downhill from there. Misunderstandings can be so easily fixed with a smile, but the kind of attitude I got here from 3 staff is really not pleasant. So you got the order wrong - one way to solve this might be to ask the customer what did you actually order? Not so here. They proceeded to make another odd drink i did not order, then fluff their noses at the fact I wouldn't drink it. Its clearly not a one person problem either. I drove here from a little distance, but will definitely give this one a miss the next time.

Place is a shambles. They’re regularly out of decaf coffee (saying their ‘decaf machine is broken’🫣) and other drinks too. Most of the staff are quite nice and friendly but the manager a bit rude:). Loves to patronise customers, so perhaps best to avoid this branch. On the odd occasions when they do have the projects you’re after, the drinks are prepared nicely, and when you aren’t served by the manager.

Friendly friendly staff with a decent size Starbucks location within Sainsbury Lots of Free Off Road Parking.. Great coffee guaranteed

The drinks are great! The Iced Toffee latte, iced pumpkin spice.
I get quite nervous ordering the drinks, as they can be specific, but the staff help.

But, the floor is quite messy, their is lots of mess.
