Caffè Nero

For me this is the best tasting hot chocolate I have ever had in Borehamwood and to be honest it's the best tasting hot chocolate out of all the main coffee chains. The staff is nice and always ready to please you. The place is clean and family friendly. If you like some flavour to your drink don't forget to add their roasted hazelnut syrup. It's the best!

Nice ambience and the staff are polite. Good coffee. They accept credit cards. Their restroom was out of order at the time but the sign said they are working to fix it ASAP..

Today the service was good. New person just started. Helpful.
What concerned me as that some of the croissants were not under perspex cover, hence could be infected with covid...I asked the helpful person who served me to let management know to get it covered..
On plus side the espresso was best I can recall from Caffe Nero so giving 4 stars. The new raspberry and pecan croissant was super yummy.

Lovely Mocha, the Chap on the till is really friendly, place has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. It's really nice to spend time here whilst waiting for the car to be repaired. A 5 star cafe.

I’ve ordered one cofe and a bottle of still water. I know what I’m doing when I order. But they sent the order without water and thei charged other fees out off delivery charge more than coffee’s charge. Rubbish!

Second visit, colleagues were polite, coffee was great. Tables were dirty and had to request the staff to clean

Ok place. Did not feel that welcomed by that staff there with the way they took and served the order. Have to say the black forest festive cake was nice.

Good service and great coffee. Nice to see vegan options.
