Although a costa so wasnt expecting an independent feel this branch has a really local feel - the staff were very friendly and efficient. I will definitely use again when in fleet

Rather strange atmosphere 🤔 staff were distracted by their social media, failed to clear tables and had to ask twice on the drinks orders. Little less social media time and chatting about what went on at the weekend and more concentration on work.

The cafe is nice with a little seating out front. Their americano coffee is not the best on the highstreet and £2.50 for the smallest slice of Rocky Road I've seen really let's the place down for me.

Only 1 problem ,only 1 loo was available as other was out of order,staff were nice and polite,and were being trained ,no hold ups or problems

First very bed experience at Fleet branch. Don't know the guys working there they know how to make a coffe??!!. The latte ordered on 20/11/21, was bad as never before! I just handle back to the staff. Couldn't drink it at all. They were not very happy handling back to them, but I was expecting for a good quality coffee, as usual, but faced up something horrible taste. Such a shame !
