It can get busy in here. At one point the queue was out t the door. It could do with a few more serving behind the counter. Staff were however super friendly and helpful.

Would've given no star given the option, not all staff but the young man there today, absolutely disgusting customer service, i have my arm in a splint bought two coffes and when i asked for a double cup holder it was if it was to much trouble to go to the back and get them as he through the cup holder on the counter towards me and left me to struggle with one hand to put the cups of hot coffee in the holder, it wasn't busy and three staff on the counter, if it's to much trouble to help customers in a "retail/food service job" don't do it. Good job i was at the hospital if I'd scalded myself.

Fantastic Café by the entrance of the hospital, cakes are at eye level and it is accessible for the disabled. Highly recommend to anyone...

Great Costa friendly staff, large car park, with disabled spaces, near morrissions, curry's, aldi,McDonald's, dunelm,tk maxx, and a few others all on the same industrial estate.

Staff here are absolutely lovely never had a problem with any of them, which is what you need when you’ve been visiting someone in hospital, drinks are always warm and very tasty, sandwiches are brilliant as well as the cakes/ cookies etc😍 they’re a delight. Only downside to this costa is that it gets very bus/ or is busy constantly... meaning long queues and being unable to eat in, however i understand due to it being located in a hospital! therefore it is not the end of the world, and still remains at 5 stars. Tables are always clean and this place has a nice atmosphere❤️
