Caffè Nero

Lovely lil Nero's. It's set out great with the lighting & tables etc makes it feel cosy without being cramped. & Of course you get the great coffee & snacks that Nero's delivers everytime

They still do the best coffee and they were very busy when I arrived.

After tables were cleared they could have done a clean before next customer!.

Looks refreshing and inviting from the outside views. If 8 het chance I will most definitely stop by and taste what looks quite delicious. Impressive

Disappointed. VERY expensive - most portions of cake £4.95 to take out £5.50 to eat in. £8 for two regular size coffees which we both agreed were weak and flavourless. Would be acceptable if other factors matched the presentation but service very slow and furnishings worn out and tatty.

Fairly standard Nero with good quality service and good coffee. There is usually a long queue and it can be a bit slow to clear the tables. Starting to feel a bit worse for wear with some of the furniture condition but usually pick here over the other coffee shops in Elliots field.

Friendly staff and better coffee than other chains imo!

Appaling customer service. Apparently if you change the order before any drink was made it's okay to make fun of customer and throw weight around and show attitude as if it's a sin. I am going to blame all staff members as they all seemed to enjoy the show.
Not sure if they received any training, but if this is how things work at Cafe Nero, then I am never coming back again even if offered free coffee for life. Absolutely disgraceful and pathetic behaviour.😑🤬😤
