We were really happy with the quality of food and friendly people here. They even had menus for those with other dietary needs and so many teas and coffees to choose from. I will definitely be going again! 😊

Lovely cafe. Prices are very reasonable and there are lots of options to choose on the menu. They also have many cakes available. The portion size is good. Carrot and coriander soup was delicious! The only thing I’d complain about is that the wifi does not seem to be working, and when I came on Sunday the staff were quite rushed and not as friendly as usual. But overall good food and lovely place.

I phoned and was advised to book a table (for one) as its busy, so done so. Arrived and was seated. Was very busy as expected due to it being Saturday. I had about 45 minutes to spare so plenty of time for a quick coffee and some salmon and eggs. I waited about 15 minutes until someone came over to even take my order, once ordered, that gave me 30 minutes left, coffee came fairly quickly. Food took a further 25 minutes, I appreciated they were very busy and thought well I can just chuck it down and head off. Unfortunately it was not worth the wait, I ordered salmon and poached eggs on toast, the toast came unbuttered, dry and overdone, and the poached eggs were more like boiled eggs, to add to this I now had about 5 minutes to shovel it down before I had to leave. I decided I didn't have enough time to enjoy or rather not enjoy the meal, and it wouldn't be worth the steep £9 approx for the poor quality of this (not hard to go wrong) brunch. Kindly I advised staff it wasn't great and simply just sent it back. They were friendly and apologetic. I still paid for the coffee, no good will..... I don't like to leave reviews when they are not great but it was a real shame. I ended up just making the same dish but as it should be with thick buttered toast and runny poached eggs with pepper when I got home!

This cafe is a lovely place hidden just off the main high street of Winchester. I stumbled across it by chance and found a lovely display of cakes and treats. I ordered a caramel latte and it was delicious, perfectly balanced, not overpowered with syrup and a very tasty coffee bean to match. The staff were lovely, attentive and efficient. They seemed to really enjoy working there and this made me feel comfortable. The tables were cleaned regularly also. Big reason to support a local independent business like this because it far outperformed the huge chain coffee shops!

Friendly welcome, great cakes and hit drinks. Located just off the high street, and not far from the Cathedral, it's a great place to go away from the larger crowds. The selection of cakes is wide and varied. Would happily return

Good quality, friendly. Bit physically cool but in these covid times doors open better than not probably! Chairs were dirty with cake crumbs at the table we sat at. Cakes looked amazing! Breakfast options good.
