Ordered a coffee frappé with caramel sauce and a lemon tart. Lemon tart was beautiful! Stood waiting for my frappe watching the baristas and realised they were making my drink. After about 10 minutes I questioned this, and the server hadn't informed the staff they needed to make my drink. Once they checked the receipt they made my drink instantly and apologised.

One of the best Costas ever, always very polite and clean, the manager is always so friendly and helpful which is why I always tend to get my coffee form this branch.

Rooms too hot. TV remote didn't work. Free coffee not very nice. Big rooms. Clean. Friendly staff.

No coffee/drink list on the wall so I didn't know what I was paying. Is this so they can change the prices without us realising? Not impressed

More staff needed only two young people struggling to keep up with the customers. Franchise owner don't be so tight , get more staff or loose the ones you have there doing a great job.

Just had chocolate and green tea with mini-panettone and a mince pie. All good and seved nicely by polite and efficient staff. Environment within the cafe was clean. It was not too busy and waiting time for service was only about 5 min. Sadly, there was a lot of rubbish outside, including napkins and cups , and the bins were overflowing (see photo). This really spoiled the atmosphere and did not say much for the environmental policy of Costa.
