Friendly service

Gloucester has an excellent publicly accessible toilet scheme that businesses can be part of. Not only are they not part of this, they refuse access to toilets except for customers. Their coffee is barely average, as well. Will not be returning here.

Very rude staff, was told that I had lied about my order being wrong, plate was basically thrown at me when the correct yet unsatisfactory replacement came out. Will not come back to this poor establishment

Okay but didn't have my choice of cake and the coffee not too good either.
