Great relaxing coffee shop. Smart and well presented. Food was nice and served promptly. Polite and courteous staff. Pleasant experience

Was really busy yesterday, could have done with extra staff, but I'll let them off as Home Bargains was having a grand opening. Car park is a bit of a mare to get off, but otherwise staff are great, no problem with food and drinks

First and last time l go here. We bought coffees and cakes before finding a table. We came to find table and the dining area was disgusting. All available tables had uncleared cups etc on them and the floors under the tables had food crumbs.l had anti bac wipes in my bag so moved a tray of cups and plates onto another already full table and wiped the table we sat at. The cakes were warm when we started to eat them so we were unsure whether the chiller was working. 2 members of staff were working so obviously couldnt do everything. I feel that this is just another example of management stretching staff to the limit and in doing so hygiene standards slip. Very disappointed.

This is the second Costa I’ve been to in Tamworth and it equally offers the slowest service! Only 2 staff members on with a queue down the to escalator. Staff look miserable and did not apologise for being ridiculously slow. Absolutely awful.

Must be the worst costa I have ever been in. The service was incredibly slow to the point atleast 5 customers walked off from the line whilst I was waiting.
They then cooked the food that we ordered however forgot the drinks. When they finally sorted the drinks we sat down to eat and the paninni was rock hard from being overcooked. I would personally avoid if possible.

Says online that Costa Coffee in Next Ventura Retail Park in Tamworth, closes 5:30 pm. The staff member said it closed at 3:30 and said it needs updating. I said it hasn’t updated for a long time. So for anyone reading, currently it closes at 3:30 on Sunday and not half 5

Don't go here! Be VERY aware of reuses milk and it took 20 minutes for a triple shot of coffee and a latte!? Slow staff & the staff have ago at each other infront of customers. Not professional AT ALL

Christmas Eve just popped in for a quick hot chocolate between last minute shopping , 5 customers in front of me and still a 35 minute wait never seen such a miserable bunch of staff, no apology for the delay no please or thank you , nothing , will not be going back to this badly run establishment again , worst I’ve ever been to , in fairness I would even give this sour faced grumpy lot one star
