Costa Coffee

Always in a Costa loving the coffee and a great place to work too. Staff always friendly and smiling. Never had any issues and always great temperatures of straight to drink coffee in my cup! What more could you ask?

Friendly staff and just what you expect from the Costa Brand. Has a good range of drinks and now they have teamed up with M&S you can get delicious sandwiches and even a packet of Percy Pigs.

Waiting, waiting, waiting. 20 minutes before being served. Short staffed to the extreme, apparently because "it's Saturday". The coffee itself was good, as always. At least the batista filled the takeaway cup to the brim, which is not always the case in some Costa stores.

Went to get a coffee & they said they were closing again it was 4pm.
Apparently they now have to close early because they are short of staff.
So came out with nothing. Really fed up with this as last time they only just served us in take away cups because they had to close early but said next time it will be ok as they were getting more staff.
Appalling way to run a business.
There are plenty of people wanting jobs, why on earth cant they get staff?
Maybe it's because of the pittance they pay there workers & for what? Long hours on there feet the whole time clearing up & washing everything, coping with bad mannered, rude & awkward people.
Words got round how bad it is & no one wants to work for them because they really dont appreciate there staff & treat them with the respect for the hard work they have to do.

Went there today after going here for many years. I was. Shocked. The lady that worked there put 2 x chairs in the way so people couldnt get out. I asked here if she could move them and she said whats your problem. Very rude. Should not work with people. Then the managet asked me to leave. His name was reuben. He said he didnt care if i complain. Awful person. Ao rude amd did not care

Will not return at all

Not my favourite. Costa is now depending on a reputation that has been built up over the years. The staff are friendly; but so stressed as the work area is small and there are definitely not enough assistants behind the counter). The sit-down is cosy...but...way overpriced cakes and biscuits...£2 Christmas Tree shaped biscuit? In this recession?...cakes are leaning to the £3 mark...and never...just never, can Costa serve a decently HOT hot chocolate...why is it always so lukewarm? Such a waste of my hard earned money. Not going back to Costa. Thank you.

Won't be visiting again. No dogs allowed. I find this hard to believe. Costa West Key Southampton allow dogs as do many others. Had to sit outside on a cold day when I suffer with arthritis. Time for management to review policy.

We always have great service and Hayley goes above and beyond to make us comfortable and take care of us.
