Very poor experience here TBH ... Waited 12 mins in the queue (only 2/3 people in front of me!), near chaos behind the counter despite 2 Baristas' - one of them so flustered that a ton of plates/crokery was dropped > smashed... VERY rough Coffees made ☕😕 place dirty and unloved - no tables 'cleared & cleaned' in the 45 mins we were there 🤔

The service of this Coffee shop has never been great, staff most of time have an attitude. Supposed to be hot Coffee most of time ends up luke warm

Really friendly staff who are courteous and prompt in serving. One of the best flat whites in town.

Didn't get too much options for food, but hey it's a caffè right? I enjoyed the tuna sandwich or toast (I can't really think of the right name for this). It is a great place to have a chat or meet up, while enjoying the rich and soothing smell of the morning (coffee). Lovely place.

Love Café Nero, but we’re very disappointed today. Normally the teaspoons is not the cleanest and one can probably deal with, but today the cup still had a previous customer’s lipstick on the brim of the cup. Quite put off to be honest.

Little but quiet with some tables outside, very nice service and the usual food and coffee from Nero. Vegan options available

Great coffee and sweet treats. Had a toastie which was good and a decent size. Find the music upstairs very loud which is a shame, if was quieter I would come more often and work. Lovely staff member, lady with the pink hair, very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff are friendly and make a lovely cup of coffee. The selection of food is a little bit limited and the seating feels a bit cramped, so I usually stick to pick up and go - but good if you're just looking for a coffee fix!
