Caffè Nero

Staff are not helpful at all had a code from daily mail for a free frappe 2nd time unable to use even tho head office gave me a code to be put in manually manger was unable to do that, she did give one frappe , no sorry just get back in touch with head office.
Although I have a gift card to use I will not bother to use as the shop never looks cleaned tables are not cleared and staff are always so unhappy and unhelpful COSTA here I come lovely staff clean coffee shop and great coffee.

Best coffee for flavour, usually great service and nice food choices. They really could do with adding more variety of food choices occasionally and a seasonal refresh. In terms of remaining consistent they change the least out of all the similar coffee shops, but when you don't change anything, people then concentrate on how the decoration deteriorates or other minor details plus staff morale is hard to maintain which sometimes shows.

The service and coffee here and at other Nero outlets is among the best of the chains.
It's a bit strange and disappointing that they're marketing the limited run winter drinks, but never seem to be supplied with all the ingredients, e.g. they still don't have the brownie pieces for the seasonal hot chocolate.
Overall, always decent bevvies.

If I could give them any less than a 1 star I would, absolutely appalling service the new member of staff a bent nose female scams customers with less than half a cup full of coffee it happened to my friend more than once and me not long after. I questioned why my drink is less than half full her excuse was that’s “how it comes and she couldn’t do anything about it “ which isn’t true and I could tell when she brang the drink to me she was nervous because she was worried I would check my drink before I left the premises. I knew she was lying because I’ve had this drink at another branch and they only had a small gap in the cup most of it was full almost to the top because I didn’t want cream.
I’ve been coming here for years since I was a kid but I’m never coming here again and neither are others I know I’d rather go to Starbucks the service is way better and the drinks too.
Stay away from Nero if you don’t want to get scammed.

Great welcoming coffee house, with warm atmosphere and a relaxing place to go. Quality very good coffee, clean and fresh.

Good cafe . But I'd say hygiene isn't the best sticky tables I visited before Christmas.
