Timing of visit: Saturday 05/01/2019, 16:20-17:00.
Order: A small Cortado.
Price: £2.35.
Quality of coffee: Excellent.
Staff: Polite.
Environment: Relaxing.

I revisited this cafe this afternoon after avoiding it for so long due to abrupt staff making badly made drinks, unfortunately I found it worse than previously as I walked in & stood at the till for ages due to both staff members chatting & mucking about even though all the tables needed clearing, I eventually got acknowledged & it took almost 10 mins to make a large mocha with an extra shot, unbelievable as the male server couldn't even find the whisk, then after paying almost £4 I took a sip & I'm sorry but there was NO coffee in my drink whatsoever, it was just skimmed milk with a small spoonful of chocolate in it, so pale looking plus it was almost cold, absolutely revolting & I will NOT be going back!

Ordered latte and panini, I was told that the panini would be taken over to me when it was ready, 15 minutes later I had to go and remind them I hadn't received it yet. The woman said she thought someone had given it to me, but her and her colleague were just standing around chatting so it was clear that this wasn't the case.

A fine place for a leisurely cup of coffee. Attentive staff and a lovely pain au Chocolat add to the experience. Very relaxing.

Nice cool Aircon. Good tea. Surprisingly good almond croissant (chain coffee shops aren't normally great). So-so service.

December 2022 -- Still a favorite: Lucury Hot Chocolate. Idk what theyndid but this branch in Fareham does it best. ❤️

Classic. Thick. Luscious. Velvety. Creamy.
Perfect for this weather. It will make you happy and warm on the inside. Not too sweet just right ❤

Not sure why I was turned away and told they were closing when it was only 20 to 6, I only wanted a takeaway. Bit rude, girl with coloured hair

Very tired and needs a revamp. Nice coffee though.
