Pro:
- a bit quiet than other Starbucks
- parking for 2 hours
- Easy to find

Cons:
- Bit slow service
- Coffee tastes different than other Starbucks. Less sweet than other Starbucks.
- looks like the drive thru has priority over the ones in restaurant.

Will try them again later as today might just not be the right one..

Went to the drive through hoping this time I might get a decent coffee. I have had 3 previous occasions where it’s wrong, but this is my closest to home so I thought I’d try again. I asked for a cold brew with milk, they didn’t have it, so I ordered a an iced flat white with brown sugar syrup. The girl asked did I want milk so I confirmed I did. We queued with just 3 cars. It took an age for service and what I got handed was an iced American, no milk. So I asked for milk to be added. I’ve just got home with my drink and despite the sticker saying ‘brown sugar syrup’ there is none. I just can’t understand how this branch can take so long to get drinks so wrong. I use the Fleet Services branch on my way to work and they are efficient and get my drink right. My advice is to use the Starbucks in the town if you don’t need a drive through, or on the M3 if you do. I’m not waste if anymore money at this branch.

Surprised by all the horrible reviews, it’s a Starbucks… not an expensive coffee lounge. Always accommodating to drink alterations & clearly staff are trying their best. My local Starbucks & never had any issues. Lots of seating inside as well as a very handy drive thru when in a rush.

Probably the worst Starbucks I've visited.
Early Sunday morning, three customers waiting in the cafe including myself.
The staff managed to get all three orders wrong!
The person in front of me called for the manager and complained. The manager was disinterested and unapologetic.
I won't be visiting here again!

Today I ordered and paid for extra whipped cream in my coffee. The staff member did not put extra cream so I asked her to do it. She didn't like me asking for what I paid for and she was obviously annoyed and
rude. Then she forgot the sprinkles so I asked for my sprinkles. Again, she obviously didn't like it. Starbucks needs to train their staff to read the orders before preparing them, how to be nice to customers and also to hire more staff. Waited 25 minutes for a coffee!

Wanted to grab a coffee before hitting the M3 and beyond for a long drive so rather than drive through I popped in to use the toilets and grab the coffee - I should have used the toilets and then got back in the car to drive through - service was incredibly slow to take my order but that was nothing compared to the time it took to actually get a coffee and when I did it wasn't quite what I ordered but I was in too much of a hurry by then to raise the issue - not skinny milk.
Thankfully I have moved a couple hundred miles from the store so won't be there again

They are working for drive through so that's take away, plus I seen deliverroo and just eat inside of the Restaurant but they refused to give me same think (take away) as a walk in....
I never seen stupidity of the management like thus in my entire life

Yet another bad experience at this branch. Despite its lovely setting and easy access the service is routinely poor, the toilets are broken again, there’s dirty tables and rubbish isn’t cleared away. They never offer drink in cups and every time I request one I am given a unique reason as to why - the toilets are broken so legally we can’t offer drink in, the dishwasher is broken and of course covid. The customer service is terrible, the manager didn’t even look at me when I complained about the mess. I will not be returning. Will someone please open an independent in this area?!
