Caffè Nero

Stopped off for a coffee and a cinnamon swirl. All good. Nice cafe. Good service. Nothing outstanding to warrant five stars but a perfectly serviceable Nero!

Visited here while having a browse around the shops. The staff member was immediately rude when I asked for a regular cappuccino and iced latte. She felt it necessary to let me know that iced lattes are only regular. The rest of the transaction was just rude and unwelcoming, as though we were a hassle for ordering. We were even told to move out of the way of another staff member coming to fill up the fridge area while we waited. Excuse me is not in their vocabulary apparently. Very poor customer service.

We had a very poor experience today. There were 7 people in our group and each of us commented how rude the three members of staff were. The quality of the coffee was ok but it was completely marred by their attitude. It was upsetting that they felt it was ok to address an 80 year old man in such a degrading way. This isn’t the first time that this has happened. The staff here definitely need some lessons on how to address and treat people- they really shouldn’t be in the service industry otherwise.

Very rude staff, the lady’s serving was very short with me and my mum. When she asked her colleague (with glittery eyeshadow) to make me a smoothie she replied “no, but I will” and continued with their conversation. This was the two lady’s working at around 2:30 on Friday 26th.

The atmosphere and staff are amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to coffees. Louise who served me was very friendly and professional and helped me on something new to try with my coffee and I highly recommend going to Caffè Nero in Gunwharf.

Used to like stopping here to use the wifi while away from home, however for the past week none of the plug sockets have worked, severely cutting the time I can use my wifi here.
Surely remaking the breaker isn't that difficult? I may have to find somewhere else.

Staff were so rude for no reason, all I asked for was a cappuccino and the staff walked off said to her colleague I can’t hear her can you get her right infront me lol if you couldn’t hear me you can ask me again not that hard, it was just so unnecessary and rude.

Nice place to have a coffee and some cookies! Unfortunately tables are not often cleansed but if you ask they to it for you. Cookies are good and same for the drinks.
