Starbucks Coffee

Got a simple hot chocolate, was pleased with price and drink. Midway through drink I noticed little oil bubbles that looked very unhealthy and gross. Family had it too, and couldn't finish rest of drink. Cookies and cream frappe is good, but not that worth it. Okay service. Expensive. Bad atmosphere. Dirty. I guess it depends which Starbucks you go to and what your taste is like.

Still advertise pumpkin spice latte but when you order you find out the offer ended. It would be nice to update display as its just misleading.

Very unwelcoming from the young man that served me, slouching, could hardly speak, no welcome looked half asleep. No please and thank you and no smiles. Looked like he really didn't want to be there.

Massive obstruction in thoroughfare.
Trip hazards gallore, witnessed one old woman on the floor with blood coming from the face. Almost tripped too.

I clearly go too much, most of the staff know my order even though I usually pre-order on the app.

Not a fan of Starbucks prefer Costa coffee. Ordered coffee waited 10 minutes and asked about it..it had been waiting on the counter getting cold...No one told me...nope not for me in afraid

Always so slooowwww, rude staff with not a smile between them. Got my order 1 coffee order wrong (cup size and milk choice) but couldn't be bothered to stand and wait for a new one to be made. Avoid if possible, nice coffee shop opposite!
